In fact, in a study, participants were woken up at the beginning of every dream but were still allowed to have 8 hours of sleep. The study showed that all of the participants had difficulty concentrating, hallucinations, irritability and other signs of psychosis in the short span of three days. 6. Some people dream in black and white
